Partner rules
- Say that you earn a referral fee when you share your link (for example: "I get a small fee if you book")
- Don't promise prices or discounts. Send people to us for the exact quote
- Don't spam people or groups, and follow each group's rules
- Don't present yourself as RentCarUSA and don't run paid ads on our name
- The car can't be used for paid rides or deliveries (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Amazon)
- You're an independent partner, not an employee, and you handle your own taxes. US residents fill in a W-9 before the first payout
Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. It's free and will stay free. We never ask partners to pay for anything.
How much can I earn?
$50 for every rental you referred that is picked up. There is no guaranteed income: what you earn depends only on how many people you refer actually rent.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, by Zelle or PayPal, for every referred rental that was picked up in the previous month and not cancelled.
How do you know the client came from me?
Your link saves your code on their phone or computer for 60 days and adds it to their WhatsApp message and quote request. They can also just tell us your code.
Do I need to book cars or take payments?
No. You only share your link. We talk to the client, quote, book and handle everything.
Does the client pay more because of me?
No. They pay our normal price. Your $50 comes out of our fee.
Do I need to live in Los Angeles?
No. You can share from anywhere. The rental itself is in Los Angeles.
