Your mileage check can pay for the car
If your employer reimburses you per mile, a flat-price rental with unlimited miles can cost less than what you get back. No wear on your own car, and insurance is included.
Unlimited miles
Drive 2,000 or 4,000 miles a month: the price doesn't change.
New car, $0 deductible
Damage waiver and $300,000 liability included.
Save your own car
No extra wear, oil changes or depreciation on the car you own.
Work commuting is fine
Driving yourself to clients and job sites is normal use.
Mileage calculator
Estimate per month (30 days). Your employer sets the per-mile rate; check your policy. Car prices are our 26-day prices scaled to 30 days.
Who this works for
Anyone whose employer pays per mile and who drives a lot for work.
- Home-health and hospice nurses
- ABA therapists and behaviour technicians
- Physical, occupational and speech therapists doing home visits
- Social workers and case managers
- Field service technicians and inspectors
- Pharmaceutical and medical-device reps
What's allowed and what isn't
Driving yourself to work, clients and job sites is fine. Using the car for paid passenger rides or paid deliveries (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Amazon) is not allowed and would void the insurance.
